Green Tower
INTRODUCTION
The main objective was to create a structure in which MAN would be surrounded by nature and its 4 elements: water, light, vegetation and earth, so as to evoke joy, pleasantness, pleasure and beauty, sharing all this with his family, with his loved ones, all inside a skyscraper: the GREEN TOWER ENERGY SOURCE SOLUTION.
ENERGY PRODUCTION
It is primarily a structure capable of producing huge quantities of energy, not only for the needs of each individual apartment, that is, for every need of each individual apartment, (irrespective of the number of people living there or the property’s floor area), but also for the logistical needs of the entire high-rise building (stairs, elevators, auxiliary engine rooms, landings, supply pumps, garages, technical or emergency power cubicles, and pinal, outdoor gardens, etc.). Not only, each single apartment can sell or transfer over 50% of its produced energy to, for example, other neighboring properties. To further illustrate all these features I will give you an example of its production capacity: the annual production is approximately per year (production for the smallest of the 3 green towers) it should be noted that maintenance costs are inexistent, thanks to a particular application structure. The system is a regularly filed patent of mine.
